Balloons by Moni – Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions outline the rental agreement for our backdrops, marquee numbers, and other party items. We retain ownership of these items; you’re simply renting them for your event. Please handle them with care, as you may be responsible for repairs if significant damage occurs. We’ll collect everything the day after your event, though longer rental periods can sometimes be arranged. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

By engaging the services of Balloons by Moni, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Ownership and Rental

  • All backdrops, marquee numbers, stands, cake tables, and other rental items remain the property of Balloons by Moni. The client is granted temporary use of these items for the duration of their event.
  • The client is responsible for the careful handling and safekeeping of all rental items while in their possession.

Damage and Repair

  • Any damage to rental items beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed by Balloons by Moni. The client may be liable for repair or replacement costs, at the discretion of Balloons by Moni.
  • In the event of significant damage, the client may be charged the full replacement value of the item(s).

Collection and Duration of Setup

  • Balloons by Moni will arrange for collection of rental items on the day following the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • In some cases, Balloons by Moni may be able to accommodate requests to extend the rental period. Any such extensions must be discussed and confirmed with Balloons by Moni in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

Additional Considerations

  • The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space and accessibility for setup and removal of rental items.
  • Balloons by Moni reserves the right to refuse service or rental to any client at its sole discretion.
